Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How often should I brush my teeth?

• You should brush your teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and once before you get into bed at night.

What kind of toothbrush should I use?

• Ideally, a toothbrush should have soft bristles, as hard bristles will scratch your gums and cause them to bleed.

Should I brush my teeth immediately after eating?

• No. The food we consume produce sugar and acid that attacks the tooth enamel. If you brush your teeth immediately after eating, the tooth enamel will be weakened by the fluoride, allowing acid and sugar to erode the tooth. After each meal, rinse your mouth out with water then wait up to 30 minutes before brushing your teeth.
