Most people, adults and children alike, find the thought of going to the dentist to be frightening and stressful. Therefore, we have incorporated conscious sedation and general anaesthesia to help patients relax (sedative) and block the pain (anaesthetic) during dental procedures.
Sedation dentistry, or sleep dentistry, uses sedatives during dental procedures to help patients relax and numb any pain or discomfort. We offer safe and efficient sedation techniques that have been perfected.
While under sedation, you will be awake but may not be able to speak. The combination of medicines used in the sedative allows you to recover quickly and return to your daily activities shortly after your procedure.
